DELIVERY
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 48hrs of orders placed (with the exception of public bank holidays).
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and tax. This will be varied dependant on location and is the responsibility of the customer.
UK postage
Royal Mail Postage UK.
Standard (1st class signed for) £5.00, 2-3 days.
COMPLIMENTARY UK DELIVERY For orders over £150.00.
International postage
Europe £12.00, 3-6 days. Tracked & signed for.
Rest of the world £16.00, 5-10 days. Tracked & signed for.
RETURNS
Lucy May and her expert team, hope you are delighted with your purchase. Every care has been taken to produce the highest quality product which is thoroughly checked before sending. If you are not completely satisfied, however, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt. This is provided the product is still in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Sorry but made-to-order items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, ensure all briefs are tried on over your own underwear as we cannot accept any lingerie that has been worn or marked.
We highly recommend that any returned goods are sent via registered post and you retain proof of posting as Lucy May cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your refund. This also allows time for the goods to be inspected. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Overseas Customers
Lucy May is unable to refund customs or import charges for overseas customers. Please mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid any custom delays
